How does it feel to be a finalist for the first ever TCO QA track?
This is my first TCO. I was thrilled when I heard that I got selected to compete on the QA Track. I am new to this track, but, I’m looking forward to it. Also, I am very excited to see all the members, especially the members in the QA track that I have competed with.

Why do you compete in QA track challenges, and which testing type do you like best?
I love testing apps. My favorite testing types are exploratory testing and test case execution.

What is the most interesting challenge you competed in at Topcoder and why?
Test for Success challenge series is my first and favorite because the application we were testing on those challenges was from a well-known company, Microsoft. The Microsoft Teams is a very popular application and I am glad to have contributed, in many ways, to make it better. That challenge series ran test case execution challenges and exploratory testing challenges as well.

Who do you think is the most fierce or talented coder at Topcoder and why?
When it comes to QA challenges there are few members that come to my mind: winterflame, nithyaasworld, and sdgun. Those members are the best and very competitive. Their bug reporting and attention to detail is exceptional. New members can learn by looking at their bug reporting process, quality of their bug reports, etc.

What do you do when not working?
Traveling, reading, and sports.

Where do you work? Tell us about your space(s).
From home. On a small desk in my room with dual-monitor system.

What kind of music do you listen to while working on your solutions?
Any classical music.

What is the dream project you want to build, design, or solve for?
I would love to work applications related to networking and telecommunication industries.

What’s the best tip or piece of advice you can share with other members at Topcoder?
Don’t give up. Focus, learn and compete.

What does Topcoder mean to you?
A place where I can learn more.

How does it feel to be a first time TCO Finalist?
I am very excited. This is a rare chance any member would get.

What are you most looking forward to at your first-ever TCO Finals?
I am looking forward to meeting the people that I have worked with, fellow QA members, and others.

Did you strive to make it TCO this year and if so, why does it matter to you?
Yes. Winning a trip to TCO is a dream for any member.
