How does it feel to be a finalist for the first ever TCO QA track?
Very exciting! This is my first time being a TCO finalist.
Why do you compete in QA track challenges, and which testing type do you like best?
QA track challenges are fast, intense, and emotional. Testing requires that testers are careful, attentive to detail, and quick to make decisions.
What is the most interesting challenge you competed in at Topcoder and why?
Test for Success Challenge Series. This was interesting for me to observe how UX is improving.
Who do you think is the most fierce or talented coder at Topcoder and why?
NightWolf. He is my boyfriend, my teacher, and my example to follow. I'm proud of him. He is hardworking and wins a lot.
What do you do when not working?
Spend time with my family and friends.
Where do you work? Tell us about your space(s).
I work from my laptop. I can work anywhere - home or during traveling.
If you could give your past self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Try. Try. Try. Don't be afraid to start new projects. Skills come with experience.
What kind of music do you listen to while working on your solutions?
I prefer the sound of the sea from outside my window.
What is the dream project you want to build, design, or solve for?
A project that would help people solve complex and important problems.
What's the best tip or piece of advice you can share with other members at Topcoder?
Work hard, play hard, rest even harder!
