How does it feel to be a finalist for the first ever TCO QA track?
QA track is my first ever track. It has given me an opportunity to be in TCO19. I’m very happy to kick start my career at Topcoder.

Why do you compete in QA track challenges, and which testing type do you like best?
I am an SAP developer, and it is not possible to get challenges in SAP technology. I looked at the best fit from the available tracks, and opted to compete in QA track.

What is the most interesting challenge you competed in at Topcoder and why?
Test for Series (every tester with valid contribution wins here). I’m looking forward to more challenges on this pattern.

Who do you think is the most fierce or talented coder at Topcoder and why?
LieutenantRoger and Codejam. They are very fast in test case execution and in bug hunt.

What do you do when not working?
Playing with my daughter. Watching movies. Unless my daughter takes control of the monitor, then we watch kids movies together.

Where do you work? Tell us about your space(s).
I work from home. Due to Topcoder, I have built an office space at home. My home office is comfortable for me, except the internet on challenge days.

What’s the best tip or piece of advice you can share with other members at Topcoder?
Be honest and enjoy the successes. Keep learning and grow as a Topcoder.

What does Topcoder mean to you?
My dream to work from anywhere in the world has come true with Topcoder. Topcoder is my favorite job.

How does it feel to be a first time TCO Finalist?
Frankly, I am not in the top 3, I was at 4th place in one of the stages. Fortunately, I got the invite for TCO19 because someone else could not make it. I was very happy when I saw the invite.

What are you most looking forward to at your first-ever TCO Finals?
I am eagerly waiting to see the Topcoder team and their vision for a successful year. I am excited to meet the members from QA and other tracks because all I know about them right now is their Topcoder handle.

Did you strive to make it TCO this year and if so, why does it matter to you?
I am not very familiar with Topcoder. The moment I joined Topcoder I had seen the challenge tracks and the competitions held so far. I heard about the TCO event which is conducted every year, and the only chance to attend is to be winner at each stage. My determination to be at TCO19 has finally paid off.
